I am glad to find this website. I have been researching Ontario, CA history to find out about the land to the southern areas. I needed to know if any vineyard families lost a member. When we just moved into our newly built home in the early 90's I woke up late at night to use the master bedroom bathroom.

As I entered and passed my bathtub towards the restroom area my eyes met with a man standing right by my tub. We saw each other and he disappeared. I clearly remember to this day what he looks like.
The funny thing is he was in his underwear. (the type you buy at jc penney. ) weird he was clear as day. White t-shirt and underwear. His hair had a curl dark light colored skin short. Strange I figured if there were only vineyards before the houses he must have belonged to a wine making family.

Comment by Marilyn: To Sylvia, the area you describe I believe was once owned by the Bennetti family that raised grapes for wine in Ontario. They had several acres. You could possibly be seeing Mr. Bennetti. A nice Italian man who passed away many years ago.
