Yeah I lived in the house in Maitland Street with my aunt. And I saw the door knobs moving. I got so scared and when it stop I went to my aunts room. Then the second time I would hear food steps and hear the sofa slide one time when I heard the door knob move again.
I told my husband to check who it was and he open the door fast, and it was no one. He said that he felt something cold and we didn't last long so we move later my aunt did too.

I lived in a house on Maitland St. For about 9 years. This house is haunted by a ghost who every night starts from the backyard, and makes it's way to the front door. We would hear and see the door knobs shake trying to be opened, and loud footsteps in our living room, kitchen and around our bed in the back room.
We also experienced a sofa chair move on it's own, and our old TV. With turntable channel knob would click and spin fast, very loudly. We never got rid of the ghost so we moved out, but the landlords are aware that it he home is haunted.
