But he never opened the door. I got curious cause this continued all night every time I stopped typing and was reading. I even walked into the darkened hallway and peeked into my daughters room.
But everyone was asleep, the air conditioning wasn't even running or the washing machine. One of the times I went downstairs to check that all the doors were locked and checked that my husband was still asleep on the couch.

me a believer of what my daughters friend had been telling us. He has lived off and on with us for the past three years and has made many complaints of

the walking sounds he hears when alone in our home.
I had thought he was hearing the birds in the eves of our roof or just the normal sounds of loosened floor boards or the neighbors walking around. This makes me uncomfortable and wish we could move away.
Now I have my husband escorting me through the house. I look forward everyday when I go to my moms to sleep. There are crosses all over my house cause we are Catholics but I still feel
