We lived on E Ralston Avenue in Ontario from 1985 to 1997. We would see a ghostly image of a little girl here at least once a week playing in our room. In the middle the night doors would open and shut by themselves. Pretty scary.

While that looks like a face, it is most likely the cushion on a chair.

I zoomed in on pic several times in and out if you want my opinion it does look like a child's face. You can see eyes and where the mouth would be looks like blood dripping out of the mouth. If so very sad.
