I was on altarinda by the police dept. But up the street where it begins to turn to a residential area. I parked 1 building down by the high school in the parking lot waiting for my boss. We were doing a night job and I was meeting him at 1 am.
I parked in the parking lot and sat in my car for a while. I looked over and saw someone walk up the hill very fast... Too fast. Anyone who has walked up altarinda knows it is not an easy walk. The person was

just a black shadow.
So I quietly got out of my car and I walked over very quietly to see who it was I was more curious than anything and about 10
|
seconds later I reached the driveway. I looked up the hill to my left and the shadow was all the way up the hill past the turn!!!! There is no way anyone could walk that far in 10 seconds...
Especially up that hill!!! Then... The worst part happened the shadow stopped suddenly and turned and looked right at me!!!! Like looked at me!!! I could see in the streetlight way up the street by them that there was no definition or shape to his person it was
