Comment by Jody: My gramma lived in an old 2-story house behind the post office. That place was haunted too. Maybe it moved around that area. The house is now gone.

I live in a two story apartment in downtown Oroville. At night you can sometimes hear what sounds like a little girl laughing. At other times you can hear footsteps running up and down the stairs but when you open the door it stops.

This happens couple of times a week and sometimes last all night long. I also took a picture with my phone by accident once coming up the stairs and what I caught was amazing looked like a little girl sitting on the steps....
The picture was blurry so I couldn't actually say it was what it looked like but was shocked either way... I myself am not scared or frightened by what might be here.. I actually like it and want to explore more possible haunted areas if anyone knows any please post it.
