there at our home on Solana Drive. As many scary things that happened there, we still miss the place and wish we still lived there. A few years ago our daughter (now all grown up with a child of her own) was thinking of moving back to Oroville. A friend she had met had told her she knew of someone who had said there was a house in Kelly Ridge she could rent but would need to get more info for her. It turned out to be the SAME HOUSE. We tease and say

the ghost was wanting her to return. Kind of spooky. Anyway, today thinking of the house, led me to this site to see if anyone else had reported ghostly

encounters there.

A coworker built a new home off of Foothill in the area of Wyandotte. When digging the foundation they found bones and beads indicating this was an old Indian burial ground. Her husband didn't tell anyone what they found as he was afraid construction would be halted. After they moved in they experienced many strange happenings. Doors would continually open and close. Cold gusts of wind, strong enough to move blankets, would blow even with all windows closed and the air conditioner off.
Several years after they moved away I stopped at a garage sale at their old house. Talking to the new owner he mentioned the same things happening with the house. He also had started to experience electrical problems with lights and fans going on and off by themselves, but an electrician couldn't find a problem. Also several times all the window screens would be on the ground in the morning. What bothered him the most, however, was in the spring and fall large numbers of rattlesnakes would move through the property on their way to who knows where. I didn't tell him about the bones and beads.
