I was riding my mountain bike on the Brad Freeman Trail along the Thermalito Power Canal just past the Thompson Flat Cemetery. It was early morning, and in the distance a person was slowly strolling in my direction. As I approached, I could see he was dressed in very old looking formal wear with a top hat. As I rode past the hair went up on the back of my neck, and I felt very uncomfortable. He never looked my way or acknowledged my presence. Several seconds after I passed him I looked back, and he was gone. This area is an open trail with absolutely no place to hide. I was freaked out to say the least. .
