I've encountered one ghost before, we did not talk or anything but I saw her. I was on my way home.. Night time about 11ish going down Lombard st, I live in the houses. I have to pass the town homes first to get into my neighborhood..
As I was going down I always slow down before going over this large bump. People seem to walk there a lot, and skateboarders, and even maintenance workers for the town homes on their carts. I was not expecting to see anyone but I remained precautious, I made sure nobody was about cross. As I'm approaching the bump I see a girl in a pink shirt, jeans, and I believe a white belt, or pink. My first thought was what in the world is this young girl doing out here in the dark and cold, she did not have a jacket on. To get a closer look at her I waited for her to step on the curb, as I was on the bump I think I might have even stopped for a second. I looked between the arches and she was gone.

As I was driving home scared I was putting two and two together and I was remembering I did not ever see this girl cross in front of me, she just suddenly appeared almost on the other side of the street stepping onto the curb.

I tried to think of many ways I could have been imagining, or she probably ran after that. But no, I did not see anything at all. I pass by this street and curb every day. At night I still get the chills thinking about what I had seen.
That night when I got home I ran inside my house not looking anywhere, as I got off my car I was so scared the girl had followed me or something, my mom asks if I'm okay and why was I so pale? I could not even explain myself, it may not be as scary as all these other stories but this was real.
Now I can say I've seen a ghost. Ill take a picture of where exactly I saw her and post it as a comment.
