I grew up in the Projects of Colonia. I have been living there since when I was five. I have seen a lot over these past years, but my house was full of spirits. I always felt as if I were never alone. There was a rumor that the previous family who lived there had a sick little boy. He died of an asthma attack. All my brothers and I also have asthma, so I was worried.

One early morning I was running late for school, and I could not breathe, so I went to my little brother's room to ask him for his inhaler. As I walked in, I saw his in the corner of the bed, so I asked him for the inhaler. He took it out, but before throwing it to me (he was across the room) he took two puffs then collapsed on the bed. I got scared and ran downstairs to tell my mom, but when I went in the living room I saw my little brother sitting at the dinner table eating cereal. I asked him ''Weren't you upstairs right now?'' He said ''no. '' From that moment on I knew it was the little boy who died. I remember I did not hear any footsteps behind me.
Three years later on a Saturday morning I was home alone. I was flipping through the channels when I saw a reflection behind me of my little brother running down the hall. I heard his footsteps glide down the stairs, so I chased after him to ask where everybody went. I went all around my house looking for him, but I did not find anyone. At night he would speak to my mom but she couldn't comprehend when he would try to say. My family was not the only one to witness this spirit. Every time I had a guest over they would see little shadows going down the hall.
