My niece seems to have a perception or a sense of feeling spirits. My sister is her mother and they recently have moved from a rental home (one of those new homes on Lombard Rd. Or Street which is off Gonzalez Rd between rose and rice.
They were renting for about a year (approx. ) anyways she would see a female child in white in her dreams and a glance of her walking down the hallway from her peripheral vision, she had also heard her giggling and in her dreams she had told her something like ''it's ok, everything will be ok''.

This spirit does not seem to be hostile. Her son who is a toddler also has sensed this spirit only he is frightened, also my brother in law my niece's dad one time felt he could not breath one night and tried to yell out for help but felt he could not yell, but then he finally yelled out for help, so I guess that's a bit hostile.

Another time the fireplace which can be turned (the gas type fireplace) was found on one early am. Has anyone felt this same type spirit in this vicinity? .

On Rose ave and Central ave the body of a dead woman can be seen walking at about midnight and it is said that she tries to hitch a ride and if you don't pick her up she'll appear in your backseat.
