I once had a very unusual experience at the old waste water treatment facility around 2004. There was supposed to be a meeting there. I went later in the day at 6 or 7 p.m. I got on the elevator, and a woman got on the elevator with me. She was dressed in a black mourning veil and all in black. It was so freaky. She rode up in the elevator with me, and we both got off the elevator. I looked for the room the event was supposed to be held in, but no function

was happening.
I got back on the elevator, as did she. We rode back down, never saying a word to one another. I left and still to this day wonder

if she was a ghost. The whole event was so bizarre, and my life has even been unreal since then. It made me think about identity and hiding one's identity, mine altered in unusual ways too. Just wondering if anyone ever heard of this ghost in the area close to the beach and pier. The old wastewater facility. Thanks.
