Hi this story sounds so much like what happened to me in Palmdale but we lived on Panterra way. My dog would feel the presence of what ever was haunting our home. I lived with my mom and my kids and my sister and this was a brand new built home but the entity will seduce me, and I know I was not sleeping! But it would only annoy me when I slept alone, so I would have my daughter sleep with me.
