The light in the room went out and it was really dark but it was weird cuz all the other lights in the house were on so I went into the room and my moms face was pale. Later that night I heard her tell my dad in their room that she saw a shadow figure of a tall man in the room.
After that things in the house went missing doors would slam footsteps walking up the stairs.. Pictures turned around.. But that room was the worst and we never went in there

again. We moved out pretty fast.

Ive reviewed several of the cases and it should be mentioned that the modern boundary of the cemetery on 25th and ave s was considerably larger at around 1850. It was at one point three times larger than it is today and many of the houses now stand on burial lands.
Taking this into consideration it is no surprise that you have experienced paranormal activity. Just a friendly word of advice having a bachelor's degree in parapsychology and having gone on many ghost expeditions I can say with certainty that while sage does work it can also potentially backfire, and never under any circumstances should you use a Ouija board as it open doors and sometimes these things are not so nice a Ouija board is not a toy and one should not meddle with these things.
The best is a ''ghost candle'' and a simple banishing/cleansing ritual sage works but if it's not completed properly or with the right mindset it won't work. I'm just glad I don't live around there.
