I grew up on moonlight CT Palmdale CA. We moved to a diff. State several years ago but I can still remember what used to go on in our house. It all started with small noises that we couldn't explain. After a few months the small noises started escalaiting to louder noises and loud footsteps or even stomping on the second floor.
We later started noticing shadow like figures and the whole house had a very cold feeling to it. This actually continued for several years. My father and brother are the only ones that suffered physical contact.

We all heard and saw things but this was a taboo topic. One late night we heard a loud scream from our neighbors house the next day our neighbor approched us with some questions about if we believed in ghost our first response was why he later told us that he had heard someone crying softly in his closet when he approched his closet there was person kneeling down and crying as if he was hiding from someone.

My neighbor got scared and took a swing with a baseball bat thinking it was a burgler but as soon as he did the person got up and left the room to his surprise the aperrition was floating he didn't have any legs.
Same ghost we had seen for years in our house. When he told us about this we explained that it was nothing new to us. Later to find out half our block had the same sightings. It's been about 14 years ago.
