I live in Phelan Calif and have since 1986 where Phelan Rd and Mosell Rd is, well they call it Andersen Ranch Rd now. I live off Smith and let me tell you there is a lot of activity here in this town!! We and my kids and their friends for years have heard talking, lights pull into yard when no car is present, a lot of banging and noise at night!! In our home and around it!! Daughter recently saw a tall blonde woman looking at her from the hall of our mobile home, she couldn't believe it. Also in the daytime no less!!.

Comment by CL: I remember an old cabin on Smith Rd. It was the original Smith cabin, built who knows how long ago. I have lived here in Phelan since 1957. I went to school with Smiths Mosell's the road's named after. The Smith cabin was definitely haunted.
My boyfriend back in the 70s used to go inside. One time we opened the window to get in and this horrible screeching sound scared the daylights out of us! We left! This boyfriend's grandfather was Gene Wilson that had a ranch called Sunny Haven off of Wilson Rd.
Now I visited this ranch many times through the years. Even had a gf that lived there at one time, and we had some weird experiences there. Crazy stuff here.. I believe you!.

I spent five years of my life living in a moble home on Alberta CT. Whatever is in that house is not nice and is very hostle. Just being in the yard you know your not alone there is a overwelming feeling.
It may be because it's right by the powerlines but after what I've been through I doubt that's it. I had so many sleepless nights knowing there was something in my room. I had night terrors where I would wake up screaming.
Also my husband and myself have seen twenty to thrity of those shadow me on ebey Rd. They tried to get into our car and chased us off the road.
