Comment by Nina: The apartments aren't there anymore. But at a hair salon that was on the Slausen and Passons they hired a handyman for a short while that lived there. Once when I told the hairdresser that my home has paranormal issues she said this guy says that most of the tenants had been relocated or waiting for the time to leave.
So there were very few people still there and often he'd hear voices and conversations going on at night. Then he said he was creeped out because it would be in the walls and feel like someone watching them all the time.
Due to the new railroad route this building is gone but I always wonder what will come after.

This is another and I think the worst paranormal thing that has happened to me in the apartments that used to be in Pico Rivera on Passons Boulevard by the train tracks. It was the summer of '08 it was late night I think around 10.

I was fourteen at the time. My sister and I were hanging outside with our friends but then their mom told them it was time to go home so me and my sister started walking upstairs. Our apartment was on the third floor then my halfway my sister asked me to go get her shoes because she wasn't wearing any so I went in got her boots and I just got this scary feeling that I should not be there.
So I called out for my dad (only my sister my dad and I were at the house that night). I called out for my dad but he didn't answer then I turned around walking towards the door thinking he might be outside in the car. As I walked I heard someone kind of whisper my name three times so I turned around, and walked towards my parents room (again thinking he was in there and thinking he was the one that called me). As I went into the room my sister yelled from outside ''he' over here!!! ''. Terrified I froze for like 3 seconds then I don't know how but I went down the stairs really really fast.
My friends were still there and started laughing at me but I didn't care, I just didn't want to go up there by myself. When we moved out from the apartments I discovered some bullet holes on the walls so I think maybe someone had been killed there.
