In broad daylight a couple of days ago I was driving home from the dog park in Pinole going towards the high school. It was probably around 10 a.m., and I saw a ball of most cross the road and disappear just around the bend of the road before the first set of stop signs. I've witnessed this once before driving home from Disneyland on Pacheco Pass at night. Only that time the mist entered our car and vanished on the other side.

I have a friend who lived in a house on McMorrow Road in the Tara Hills area. One of her family members used to see the apparition of a little girl walking around the home. A family friend of theirs also saw the same little girl running around the backyard which he thought was my friend's niece. Her niece was much younger, so it could not have been her.
Another story she told me was that of her friend who was staying in her room at the time. He got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom when he saw a dark figure standing in the middle of the kitchen. He didn't make a big deal out of it thinking it was a family member up early to fix their work lunch. Once he came out and looked back towards the kitchen, the figure was still in the exact same position in the kitchen.
He got pretty freaked out, so he headed toward the room. As he walked, he heard footsteps hurrying behind him, so he darted to the room slamming the door behind him. The footsteps ended right outside their door. I personally never saw anything when I went over, but the house definitely had an eerie feeling to it. I just wanted to share this in case anyone had similar stories in the Tara Hills area.
