I live in the Fernandez Mansion and many creepy things happen there. The sound of little girls laughter lit up the hallway. Doors slamming, when there is no air flow. Friends got their shirt tugged. Most of the time we hear footsteps on the third floor, and that's when nobody else is home.
There was a sight of a ghost in the flower garden (he had a top hat on). Other strange things seem to happen too.
