I live in Australia but I have heard that lake and water monsters are very real. It sounds like there is something living at Lake Piru to be causing the mysterious drownings of so many people. It's very sad. I wonder what the locals know. I'm sure they have many stories. Submitted by Sheri

I have been studying about Lake Piru lately, and I believe it is haunted. So many people go out to the main part of the lake and drown. Can you imagine being in that area at night? The road is also haunted by foggy water spirits. When I was there years ago I got a feeling someone or something was watching me. So many boaters will not go on that lake or even go there. So what is going on? No one is camping there either before all this covid 19 crape. I believe there is a water spirit evil that takes people down. It's in the north side of the canyon area near all the trees.

Comment by Jessica: Can you describe the ghost you saw?.
Comment by Eric: It was a men with a top hat like cowboy hat very tall. I was sleeping in a car when I saw him standing under a tree by the car. He sacred the hell out of me. I didn't sleep the whole night 'til the sun came up.
Comment by Jessica: That sounds terrifying. I would have been scared to death.
