I was at the pier in the evening taking pictures of the Christmas tree there. As I was walking back to the end of the pier near the large open space on the left hand side, I stopped to take pictures of the houses on the hill near the freeway. When a person walked in front of my camera view I waited for a few seconds for them to move. I lowered my camera and realized nobody was there. I looked back in the lens, and they were still walking across the pier

near the edge. I immediately realized it was a ghost.
I walked at the same location that I saw the image on the pier to say a prayer for the person

that was definitely lost between two dimensions. I told the ghost to go to the light. I said that it was beautiful there. I walked the whole outer edge of the pier and said that approximately 50 times, and then I walked to my car. I wonder if it had been the person who jumped off the pier a couple of years ago or one of many suicides on the pier in the last five years. I only hope the ghost found their way to the other side and is at peace now.
