Like I stated my previously, the red hooded lady like a real live person, her feet were on the ground, she did cover her face with her hand until I stopped and talked to her... She put her hand down turned towards me her face was as smooth as glass and the color of her face was a strange tan color and her eyes were glowing gold in color and she responded to my question.
The dog never made a sound. I believe she knew that I was not a threat to her and that is why she did not run from me. I hope to meet up with her again and also get her picture seems like no one knows anything about this women.

I think it is obvious that she and her dog were killed on this road but it is not a residual haunting but rather an intelligent haunting.... There was another death on that road last week from a man riding his bike around 6:00 pm. .

Okay, I have been back 3 times at 3:30 am in the last week to see the ''ghost'' again. Every time I have had a car load of friends with me, and we have had no sightings. I'm beginning to think that you will only see it if you are not expecting to.
I'm going to keep trying, because I want to try to talk to this mysterious dog Walker or at least try to see it's face. I gotta know. So, anyone who sees or talks to the ghost, please post your findings, so I don't have to keep driving out there....
