Comment by Norene: The dog was not a sheep dog.... It actually was boarder collie.... A small white dog with black and brown.... I don't know much about dogs but found a pic of one... So now I know exactly what kind of dog it was....
Just shame that there isn't any record of what happened to this lady on McEwen road.. Maybe someday we will know.

We woke up at 2:30 am to go with my daughter and her friends to see a ghost that they told me about Port Costa. They said she is always walking dog and wearing a red hooded jacket. Omg we started down the road to Port Costa and there she was on the side of the road.

I could have reached out my arm to touch her. She covered her eyes and the lower part of her face was a blur. We honked and she started to run. We turned around and she ran to a small house. No lights went on.
The dog never barked. It was so real.
