Some of my friend's and I were out in the hills, searching for the supposed ''red hooded dog Walker''. Many of the kids who go to my High School have reported sightings of the woman. So we went at the time reported, which was 3:30 am and searched.
(the other time to sight her is 4:30 am. ) and we drove for 45minutes. And we finally got through everywhere and were heading back to Franklin canyon Rd. Heading back to Alhambra Rd. And just as we got to the final strech and the only straight away in all of those hills.

I look way ahead and see a faint figure. I flick on my high beams and there she was. A woman figure wearing a red sweater and jeans. Walking a border collie. And we stopped as quick as we could. Looked back after the 50ft stop.

And there was no one there. We will be going back to try and capture another sighting. And I will give updates.

Comment by Rachel: This is for Matin. Franklin canyon Rd. Is off hwy 4 and Alhambra Rd is 4 miles down from Franklin Canyon Rd along hwy 4, that's a long stretch of hyw for the red hooded lady! Where exactly did you see her? Because Franklin canyon Rd is nothing but a dead end St. with a fence around a manufacturing company. From Franklin Canton Rd to Alhambra Rd. is all highway 4.
