I lived in the little yellow house on the Main Street in town for a couple of years before buying a home 8 doors down. I had two ghost in the house... A man... Who was quite calm and soothing... Never frightened me after the initial shock of him being there...
The other a little girl.. Who darted around the house regularly and played tricks on my family and friends... Enough so that my cousin sojo became terrified to visit. I loved that house so much... And still get sad to think that the owners wouldn't sell it to me....

I wish always for there to be a loving family in that home... That will cherish it as much as I did....
