I specifically remember that his white collard shirt underneath his suit had a large button or could have been cuff links. Interested to know if anyone else saw the same man/figure. Submitted by Angel

I frequented Port Costa a handful of times around the summers of 2012 and 2013. One particular time I recall driving back toward Martinez and seeing a red flash. Until now I thought it may have been a speeding camera. That little red orb like flash always stayed in the back of my mind.

My grandmother grew up in Port Costa as did my father and I grew up visiting my grandparents there. As a child I would go down and play on the playground of the school always a very eerie and uneasy feeling as someone was always watching me. A few times I got the courage to walk up to the steps of the school to the front door but it was always very very hard to do and gave me very bad anxiety and fear. I never saw anything. As an adult I have been in the school several times for events. It is still eerie but I don't fear it as I did. Given the historical nature of the school I too wish people would respect it as private property. Check it out but don't vandalize it or trespass. As far as McEwen Road goes I've never heard of any ghosts on that.
