I heard of the body that was found at the reservoir but that was years ago. Maybe the 90s.

It's Erick. He was murdered and dumped here. I've seen him with my own eyes. Everybody thinks it's a woman with a red jacket. (There also may be a lady, but the red jacked is definitely a male. ) It's really Erick. (He was very thin and tall. He had broad shoulders and a small build. ) You can google to check the facts. But let me tell you that was the freakiest thing I've ever experienced.
Around 3:30 we got off the freeway and began down the road. As we drove there, we saw the cow barn or whatever it was at one point to the right of us. We kept driving hoping to see something, but there was nothing. So we decided since we drove all the way out here we might as well go down to the water front. (Also creepy because of the old hotel down there. ) So we pulled up and parked at the dirt parking lot for a few minutes and made other plans since obviously this whole ghost thing wasn't real.

About 3:50-3:55 we started to head back up to the freeway. We chose to go right instead of left at the school different from the way we came down. We came up past the school, made a left, and then hooked a right up the hill at the stop sign. As we went up the hill, I was totally sure we wouldn't see anything. About a mile up I asked my friend if she felt a sudden cold chill in the car. (All windows up and doors locked. ) She kind of just ignored me, so we kept driving. As we came up to another curve in the road to the right, we came around, and all of a sudden all three of us gasped and couldn't believe we were actually seeing this person in a red hooded jacket pulled tight. He had grey sweat pants and white shoes along with a large dog. I want to say a German Sheppard, but we honestly were in shock. We were so in shock that we couldn't manage to drive away fast enough.

It was like we all froze up because we honestly didn't believe we would see something, let alone red jacket hood pulled tight, grey pants, and white shoes with a freaking dog! The person looked so real no ghost like features at all! I couldn't believe my eyes. They didn't even look over to see who was driving past him. He just kept his head down kind of turned away from the view of my car and lights, but the dog turned and looked directly at us. I WILL NEVER GET THAT IMAGE OUT OF MY HEAD! As soon as we got to the freeway I pulled out my phone and stared to research anything I could possible find about the area for myself. Me and my friends definitely seen a being waking down this road at 3:50 - 4:00am. I wanted to turn around, but my body was shaking so bad. I honestly don't think this was somebody trying to pretend to be the ghost everybody is speaking of. RIP Erick.

Comment by Jack: I'm sorry but it was not Eric Bean. He was murdered in 2012 and people have reported stories of seeing this ghost as early as 2006.

Comment by anonymous: Yes I had that fact wrong. It was 09 but that's still earlier than 2006. It's a different person still tho, not Erik Bean.
