Right as the sunset we started driving back, the sky was still barely blue at all but about 1 minute away from being complete pitch black.
This Was Yesterday on May 14th, 2015, about 8:50 PM
I saw a dog standing on the side of the street on Reservoir. I saw its eyes before I saw the body, weird growly looking eyes. I got closer, and there was somebody wearing completely all black, all black pants, hoodie on, looking away from me, looking

away from the dog. The dog was facing the opposite way of the owner when we approached. The person wearing all black, never got a face. The dog seemed

alive and happy, but never made a sound. I can't recall what kinda dog it was, but that was so creepy, the weirdest part it was 8:50 PM.
When I saw the ghost for the first time, the red hood lady, she looked similar to this lady.
A lady was found dead on Reservoir Street in Port Costa, and the person walking the dog wearing all BLACK, that I saw, was on Reservoir Street.
I don't believe in any coincidences when it comes to this
