It wasn't Porterville. It was north Tulare cemetery coming in I saw a a little girl blonde hair curly short blue sun dress on. She was skipping saw her in the corner of my eye so did my daughter ,wow ,when I parked she wasn't there, first I didn't know what it was.
Me and my daughter talked we saw the same thing . Gives me goose bumps.
