The most prominent thing that happened (I think that I believe to be a Demon encounter) was when me, my younger sister, and her friend were sleeping in the living room. My small dog was sleeping at my side. I woke up at exactly 3:30. I often did wake up in the middle of the night, wide awake for no reason. I woke up and was trying to fall back to sleep. Suddenly, a loud GROWL erupted beside us. My dog got up and started barking furiously. I was so

scared. After a minute, my dog stopped barking and lay back down.
One night, I was sleeping. I woke up again, at 3:30. A lamp was on in my room.

I looked at the edge of my bed, and I felt something there. I kept looking, and suddenly the bed shook slightly. I kept looking, and I kid you not I saw FOOTPRINTS, or better yet, PAWPRINTS of a cat walking towards me. There was no cat there though. I jumped up and out of my bed, and that was the last I saw of it.
My mother has always said that Porterville was built on an Indian burial ground. I don't know if that is a true fact, but I do believe
