I lived with a roommate in a small house on Putnam down the street from the cemetery in the mid-90s. My roommate saw a little girl who used to come and want to play. She'd come to the back door. She also saw the little girl's face in the full moon (instead of the ''man in the moon'').

I still see a little girl's face in the full moon even though I never saw the ghost. The land where the house is used to be an orange grove (my roommate's brother worked in the grove years before) and was on the same lot with a bit bigger house.
If you're familiar it's the house that had the archway across the driveway.
