One day me and my friend went for a drive around the old granite quarry by Teapot Dome on Road 269, turns onto Mt. Road 120 east of Porterville. We were on this road and saw an old abandoned building which looked like an old summer camp or a camp for the WWII soldiers. Me being the paranormal junkie that I am told my friend to stop, so we could check it out. It was creepy. Old paint was chipping off the walls. As we were taking pictures inside the building we heard loud thumps and captured this. Enjoy.

I want to know if anyone can tell me what this is. I was in Porterville, CA staying at a hotel for a week and this figure appeared at my window one day during full daylight and was there for a few minutes then walked away. I wonder because I have no clue.
