My parents house is on 18th Street and Jasper in Alta loma. This first happened around 1974. I was about 6 years old sitting at at the kitchen table my sister was about 22 years old making me lunch. So it was totally daylight.
I saw a woman in an old yellow sun bonnet dress and white gloves peering into our kitchen window. (there was direct sunlight-and she seemed to be shading her eyes to see in) I asked my sister ''who's the lady in the window? '' she looked up saw her and ran out the garage door to see who was in our completely enclosed backyard..

There was no one there!! We looked everywhere. 25 years later I was divorced and staying at my mom's house with my kids... I went out for the night and came home around 1 am got a snack checked on mom and kids-everyone was sleeping-sat down in living room to watch TV...

A few minutes later I saw the ''lady'' at the end of hallway from the corner of my eye... I looked to see her walk into my mom's room. I shook my head thinking ''it must be my mom-I woke her up''...
Continued to watch TV.... The next morning my 7 year old son got up and asked me while eating breakfast mom? Where did you get that yellow hat and dress you had on last night? I said ''what are you talking about? '' he said when you came in and tucked me in and kissed me goodnight....
You were wearing a yellow hat a yellow dress and white gloves! '' I about peed my pants!!!.
