When I was 5-6 (1980-81) my mom and two of my uncles lived in a house on Sunset. An old large house on the south side of the street right before Ridge st. The house itself appears to have been completely remodeled.
But when I lived there... My mother claimed that several times she could feel someone watching her at times and there was one room that was always ice cold even when it was 100+ in the summers. My first hand account went like this.

One night because it was hot I was sleeping downstairs. The floor plan was a series of rooms and one hallway that connected in a way you could make a lap of the bottom starting in one room passing through the others and ending in the same area.

In the middle of the night the stereo turned on not loud but enough to wake me. Thinking it was my mom I got up and went to the living room. No one was in there of course so I made the lap checking the rooms kitchen etc as I went.
Ending up back in the living room confused and staring at the stereo as the volume knob turned down and then off. Immediately ran upstairs and slept in my moms bed every night until we moved a few months later.
