A friend of mine and I decided to go and fish all night at the pier. Before we got started, we went to go smoke a cigarette and have and take a few red bulls as to stay up until the early am. I had a little digital radio, and it was playing as we smoked right near the outside bathroom near the sand and a yard or two away from a lifeguard tower.
It was a little before 1 a.m., and there were small pockets of people scattered around, but for the

most part it was pretty much quiet all around. Suddenly I noticed strange dark shadow like figures almost dancing in the lower right window. I'm pretty

sure it was locked at this point, and I quickly began filming through my phone. I captured good amount of footage.
My friend was brave enough to go see if it was possibly people inside. I highly doubted they were regular people. Their movements were so nonhuman like. They mashed up together then separated. It was all very odd. As my friend left, I kept filming. He returned and said there was no one there. On reviewing the footage days later I
