I saw a ghost of a homeless person laying in the cardboard boxes bin at the smart and final store on PCH and Pearl St. I was looking for some empty boxes for moving, and as I moved the boxes, I was shocked by his head and face looking up at me.
Needless to say, I screamed and ran. He was a homeless man that drowned at the horseshoe pier, a few blocks away.
