Hey, I'm Rob. My buddy and I went to Redondo pier around 10-11 pm on January 25th, 2021 because it was windy. We just wanted to walk around and see how the wind was messing with the water. After we were done doing our thing we went back to the car, which we parked in the lower part of the parking structure in parking spot 13 on the corner.
Then a car was approaching us, and we both looked at it like normal. Then he went to the driver side and began opening the door. I was waiting for the door to unlock, and the car passed. As it did, I saw a lady wearing grey sweatpants with a beige or dirty white shirt and a head cover with the same color as the shirt walking right to us.

Mind you, I looked to my friend to open the door, so we didn't have to communicate with what I thought was a homeless person. We both got inside and closed the doors. I looked in the right side mirror and was waiting to see her walk by. To my surprise nobody walked by, and we started pulling out of our parking space when I told my friend what happened.

He was in slight disbelief and slowly backed out in case she was trying to be hit by the car. Nothing happened. We drove around the parking lot to find nobody else nearby besides some homeless that were sleeping and one person homeless guy that was near some pillars in the direction she could've gone too, but he was wearing all black. That all happened between 11:59 p.m. and 12:05 a.m.
To this moment we still don't know who she was or if she was really a ghost, but with her just vanishing when we got in the car, it spooked us. Side note: my friend did have a cross hanging from his rear view mirror, so we are assuming that's what made her disappear. If anyone knows about anything pertaining to this lady, please leave a comment. I read the other stories, and it sounds like the apparition that was in the Avenue C story at the bathroom with the guy breathing because that lady was in grey as well.

Comment by Ramon: Hey, was the woman jogging? I took a picture of a woman jogging to feature it on my channel, and when I looked at the picture, she wasn't in it.
