odd feeling like a pang of panic. I looked up into my rear view to see what I can only describe as a ''man'' with dark obscured features. He wore tattered

clothes and walked (or more so stumbled) about under the street light. He was heading directly for my car! He couldn't have been more than 30 feet from me.
I freaked out, turned my car on, and accelerated away as fast as possible. I've lived all my life here. I know we have an unfortunately large homeless and addict population, but this guy gave me such an unsettling vibe that no other had ever given me. I've always lived in LA, always dealt with
