of your loved ones passed. They are not things to toy with like a trendy fad. These are very real whether you believe or not, and they can tear your family, home, mind, and heart apart if you engage them.

So my sister and I were kids living on Kittridge Street by West Valley police station in the late 1980s until early 1990s. We had two things happen to us together on two separate nights while we were sleeping in the bedroom we shared together. I can't remember anymore the order in which they happened, and neither can she, but we both vividly remember one of them. The other event only my dad and I remember because my sister was sleep walking.
The time she was sleep walking I woke up in the middle of the night from the noise my sister was making. She was making distressed sounds, kind of like a whimpering noise. She had her hands on the top of her head, and she was running back and forth around her twin size bed right next to my own bed. I called out to her, ''Megan, what are you doing?'' She heard me because she then dropped her hands and lifted her head up to look at me, and then her eyes widened and while staring straight at my face she opened her mouth and let out a blood-curdling scream! That made me start screaming too, but I was thinking ''oh my God I wonder what is right behind me!''
At that point she bolted out of our bedroom before our dad had a chance to make it to our room. I told him ''she just went running to the kitchen!'' My dad went to get her, and he brought her back to our bedroom. He said ''oh my God, she was at the back door trying to open it, but because she is not awake she couldn't get the door open, and as I walked her back to the bedrooms, she said to me in a very upset voice ''it's 29! It's 29!'' He put her back to bed. We all went back to sleep. In the morning in the car on the way to school we brought it up to her, but she didn't remember anything.
