I lived in Reseda from age 9 until I was 15. Before that we lived in Northridge. After Reseda we moved down the street to Tarzana and moved when I was 19 to Sherman Oaks. Then we moved again to Korea town and later on North Hollywood where I still live today. Nothing in Reseda is going to hurt you if you are a good person with a good soul. My sister and I had some bizarre experiences as children that scared us at the time, but nothing bad ever happened to us because God protects good people from bad spirits.
Don't try to communicate with spirits. That is my one bit of advice. If you already have, then just stop communicating and ask God to bless you, your family, your home, the land. Ask God to bless the spirit and to keep it close to God, so it is not alone anymore. And don't let anything pull you into playing with it again. It isn't really worth it to take such a great risk. You don't need spirits, but they would need you to draw energy from. Don't give away your energy. It is only meant to be used by you.

Several years ago my family and I lived in an upstairs apartment off of Chase Street and Etiwanda Avenue in Reseda. That place was definitely haunted! The first night staying there my kids and I were falling asleep in the middle of the living room floor next to each other. I know I had securely locked and dead bolted the front door. Then before we all fell totally asleep we heard a whistling wind noise and the front door flew open all by itself! I got up, and there was absolutely no wind outside, and I know I had locked the door.
Then we would hear knocking inside the walls. It was hard to tell where the sounds came from because it would be random throughout the apartment Loud! It was like hitting pipes or something inside the walls. Our neighbors around us could hear nothing. Then the apartment would get so hot like 120 degrees when it wasn't even that hot outside or anywhere else! Not sure what happened there, but prior tenants got so scared they didn't even stay 30 days and left without notice. We didn't stay long either because something there did not want us or anyone to be there.
