Another neighbor would hear loud bangs on his windows all the time, go outside and there would be no one there. So creepy to hear everyone else's stories about that neighborhood! I was happy to move out of there!.

Comment by Javier: I also live in Reseda not too far from that Amigo place and it interest me because I've delivered pizza around those apartments about twice by Reseda Elementary, and it is creepy also. I wonder if this ghost story and haunting's have to do with the man who recently shot at police officers on that same street! Was he possessed? Did it have anything to do with that Street? 3/24/15.

: On January 17, 1994; a little farther north from Sherman way at 95xx Reseda Blvd, 16 people were killed in the Northridge earthquake when the building they lived in collapsed. That's just something I thought I'd add in to the details about the neighborhood in general.
It's not too close, but also not too far away. Although, in all likelihood I doubt it has anything to do with what is going on or has gone on around Baird and Amigo off of Sherman Way/Reseda Boulevard.

Comment by William: I've also grown up on Cohasset and Baird and had a lot of poltergeist like activity in my house. It would torment me until I moved.
