I told her what had happened to me, but she didn't look like she believed me. Who would? Nothing happened for a while until one day I was alone. I was sitting on the toilet when I heard the front door open, and steps came right up to the restroom door and stopped. I was thinking my kid got home from school. I yelled out ''occupied,'' but he never said a word or moved, so I cracked the door and said his name, but there was nothing. I cracked the door

again to tell him to answer, and something started whispering from the other side of the door. It was the voice from the other night. I wasn't scared.

I wanted to communicate and hear what it was saying. I couldn't make anything out, but I could tell there were two voices. They sounded like a young girl and an old lady. I finished quick and stood there listening for about an hour. I swung the door open and walked out quickly to try to catch a glimpse of something, but nothing was there.
I realized that every time I was there alone and sat near any cracked door inside of the house, they would
