Ghost woman was sighted in home on Albion way South Sacramento. When the spirit comes I would hear noise running on top of the house, or pots and pans coming from the kitchen. Sometimes the blankets would be pulled down and I would feel so cold.
Sometimes the spirit will come on top, this would make oneself unable to move. One time I saw a face figure of an old woman. There are nights where I feel my spirit floating above my body. My family moved out of the home.

I used to live in a house off Stanford Ranch which I believe to have been haunted. My family and I always heard running upstairs but no one was there. My brothers had multiple experiences where they left out legos and they would move.
Once my dad thought he heard the garage open and went down but it was closed. Several times I'd be laying in bed and it would shake. Another thing that would happen a lot though me and my dad were the only ones to experience it was waking up because we heard someone whispering.
Sometimes I would hear my name other times I couldn't make anything out. When I was younger at the house I woke my dad up countless times because I would here knocking on the wall but the wall I heard it on wasn't next to a room, the outside of that wall was the outside.
