I used to live on a house on Evelyn Street and Garve. The house is torn down now, but it was haunted. The previous owner of the house died in the home, he was an older gentleman that lived alone. Both my brothers ended up sleeping in the room that he died in of course, fun.

They use to tell me late at night they could hear footsteps and breathing in the middle of the night. My grandfather has even claimed to see this older man sitting in a chair one day as he walked into the room.

The ghost just stared blankly at him, and then just disappeared into nothing. .

Comment by Mark: My family lived in that same house in the 60s and what you're saying happened to them also. They told me that an old man died in there and one day my grandpa was on the piano and there's a small mirror on the piano were you can see behind you.
He saw the door open by itself and he heard footsteps walking to the kitchen, he got so scared he ran out of the house. Then they would hear a flute being played in the carport and clippers going off like the ones you cut bushes with at 3 or 2:30 at night.
Nobody was seen but they could hear the noise. Then my grandma was laying on her side in bed and she felt someone get on the bed and hug her tight. She thought somebody broke in the house and was trying to violate her or something, she turned around and nothing was there.
My uncle told me these stories a lot of times. And told me that they think it was the old man that died there. That's why when I saw your story I almost freaked cause that's the same house we lived in at that time on Evelyn.
I wasn't born yet but my brother was 3 or 5 years old at that time, he's 44 now. Yeah they were told that the man who used to live there died in that house.

When I was a child we live in a house on Jackson St. That was very haunted. There were ghostly figures walking (usually a male figure) through walls, standing over us at times (there was a translucent lady standing over my sister, dressed in a queens outfit of some kind all 4 of us girls saw it.
