On Burton Ave when we were kids in our two story house we would all be downstairs. We would hear the typewriter type by itself and the jewelry box play . And every one that would spend the night would see a little boy all white in my room my neighbor said a boy died there.

It was in the 1980s when I worked on overnight crew at Kmart on Rosemead Blvd. There were about 30 or so people who worked that shift. I don't know how to say or explain it. You could see shadows on the wall! We heard doors closing. It got so bad that grown men would not go to the stock rooms by themselves. You could fill it around you. Things would fall off the shelves. One manager said if they didn't move him to day shift he would quit. I left that job. There was some kind of spirit there.

Comment by Ghostgrrrl: I've heard many stories about this particular store. It's right down the street from the Haunted Railroad and Cloverly School. The houses all around this area have many active ''visitor''.
Comment by Homer: This Kmart is located in west boundary of Temple City it used to have a mower sales and repair shop some homes and a few other businesses that all were taken by Eminent Domain to build the shopping complex it is now.
Rosemead Boulevard in front of it is a 4 Lane busy Street that has seen a lot of hit and runs on pedestrians and fatal car wrecks which may explain the sightings. Lots of people got run over trying to cross to get to the bus stop on the corners.
