My friend lives at La Serena Apartments on Colima in the second building downstairs. It's haunted. I googled haunted Rowland Heights, and I saw another person saw the same ghost. The lady. My friend's boyfriend would see her ghost. Then once my friend said she felt like she was running up to her. It's real.

I lived in Rowland Heights till 2019, but when I was a child, I remember I was in my room, and I saw a black figure outside my window (talking about still make my eye water and gives me goose bumps). It was signaling me to come outside. It had no face.

It would come back on other nights. I ended up getting curtains. It would knock on my window or shake the bars on my window to the point that I thought I was crazy because nobody ever head it.
Has anybody in Rowland Heights seen a black figure around? I've lived on Seadler Drive in a house behind the Hong Kong Plaza. My dad saw the same thing when he was my age in the same exact room. My brother also got chased by this figure by Alvarado Middle School.
