On the 9th Street bridge in San Bernardino it was about 11 pm I was going home when I've seen a person not average hight pretty tall I guess walking up the bridge and I say I guess because I can swear to you that I didn't see any feet.
Well anyways this ''person'' was going up the bridge and was wrapped up in some blanket but when I drove past it I asked my girlfriend to look at it cuz I was driving and she said it had no face that it was covered

up.
She turned to tell me what she saw then we both turned back and it was gone we even stopped and looked around and it was nowhere in sight.

This happened by the restaurant named Phills there is a bus stop in front of that place. Anyways it was around 2 am when I was driving by when a man waving at me scared me . I slowed down and he seemed hollow.
And as I was approaching he disappeared. I was so scared I drove quickly home and have never forgotten that. I told some girl friends and they thought I was imagining. So they wanted to go and so we did. We were there about an hour, as we were leaving it appeared.
