My mom and I were headed to the Saint Bernardine hospital in the back side next to the cemetery when she stepped super hard on the Break because a man in front of was crossing. He was about 6 feet tall and was wearing a tuxedo and was really pale.
He had looked at us like if he was angry. We then turned the corner to see him vanish completely. I was extremely terrified since then. Also this happened abut November of 2018.

In the mid 1980s my dad committed suicide in the apartments on 14th and Lugo. We lived there for 6 or 7 more years after the incident. The day we moved out we were grabbing the last of the things from the kitchen ''where my dad killed himself,'' and things started sliding around, and the microwave turned on while being on the floor unplugged.
