I rented a house in east San Diego near Spring Valley.
It was a housing tract built in 1960. When I moved in I was single and I felt uneasy in the house right away. The second morning I woke up and walked into the kitchen and all cupboards were open, drawers pulled out and I wrote it off being tired from moving myself in as I was very tired.
The next morning I woke up to the same deal in the kitchen except for the fridge and freezer doors were open, the faucet was on and all four burners on the gas stove were on. I knew something paranormal was present as I have had several encounters with the supernatural in the past.

I’m 6’-4'' about 250 lbs. And at the time was in my late 30’s and have always been somewhat of a tough guy and at night with my 45 auto pistol by my side I would get scared and my hair would stand up, I felt like a scared little girl! Didn’t see or hear anything just the kitchen ordeal 3-5 times a week.

I acquired a new girlfriend and was eager to welcome her to move in and she did. I told her about the kitchen episode and she told me that she was sensitive to the spiritual world and that she felt a presence in the house. 3 or 4 days later I worked late and got home shortly after dark, I didn’t think my girlfriend was home at first. When I turned on a light I saw her on the floor in a pre-natal position quietly sobbing, I asked what was wrong and for a few minutes she couldn’t speak, she pointed to a coat closet at the front t door, I started to open it and she sobbed louder, when I opened the door it was empty. I asked her to calm down and tell me what happened. She told me when she opened the closet earlier there was a young male Asian Caucasian hung in the closet with blood dripping from his slit wrists, she said she could smell the blood this is why she opened the closet door.
The following week I was talking with the next door neighbor who was an older Asian lady and I worked up to asking her about the history of the house as it was very cheap to rent. She starred at me for a moment and then said ''you don’t know anything about the house?'' I told her no.... She said in 1962 my landlords 11 year old son with his Asian wife had committed suicide in the house, I almost dropped I asked how, where, why!!!! She said he had hung himself in the coat closet after slicing his wrists!!!! She went on to say that some people thought there was foul play involved though no charges were ever filed.
We went to a hotel and never went back, left all my belongings, didn’t care, we moved to Yuma, AZ that week. Jesse and Shay.
