I lived in houses on Griffith Street and Kewen near the old SF Hospital and could feel a presence. My sister lived in upstairs duplex on Brand, and there was heavy poltergeist activity there.

I grew up in a house on Brand Blvd near the ARCO gas station and experienced many paranormal things. Our home was a 2-storrey home, and I experienced the most paranormal activity upstairs. I would often times hear what would sound like someone coming up the stairs around one in the morning. I would also feel the vibrations on the floor, and when I would look to see who was coming. There was absolutely no one there. I constantly had the feeling that someone was staring at me even though I would be alone. Everyone who ever visited would say that they would experience paranormal things. Anyway, we moved out around 2011, but I still have constant nightmares about that house. Good luck to the new owners! .

Griffith st houses are probably haunted because of all the awakenings they have at that church across the street.

One night around 9:45 pm we passed by the San Fernando Mission parking lot, and my mom saw a little girl about 7 years old with long black hair on a tricycle. She was wearing a glittery jacket, and her back was facing us, so we couldn't see her face. We were shocked to see a child of that age by herself. However, when we went back she was no longer there. That is when we realized it was a ghost. We haven't been able to sleep thinking about the little girl. If you have a similar experience, please comment. 9/15/2017.
